Since 2006, The Bitter Truth forged the way for the re-emergence of the bitters catefory in the modern era. Through careful research, quality produce, and efficient production, The Bitter Truth has revived the practice of creating quality cocktails bitters. 

Our bitters are made the traditional way using only the best quality natural ingredients. The Bitter Truth bitters have received multiple awards and will continue to innovate the bar world.

Giffard offers 120 years of experience in producing high-quality liqueurs and was founded in 1885 when Emile Giffard, a pharmacist at that time, invented the emblematic Menthe-Pastille.  

As a 100% family-owned company based in France, their production process mixes traditional methods (slow fruit and plant maceration) with the latest techniques, in order to enhance the true taste of the liqueurs.

Cachaça is a sugar cane spirit exclusively produced in Brazil. It appeared in the 15th cent. when Portugueses came with alambics  to distill sugar canes, it is since that time the national spirit in Brazil. Cachaça Thoquino has been produced for more than a century by “Thomaz de Aquino” family (in sao da Barra, in the Campos area, north of Rio de Janeiro.) Thomas de Aquino company is among the few distilleries to possess its own sugar cane plantations. They control the manufacturing process and guarantees regularity as far as the Quality of the product is concerned.

 

 

Pisco is a spirit made from grape juice created during the 16th Century and like good wines, the higher the quality of grapes the better the end product. Demonio de los Andes Pisco is made by the TACAMA winery, the oldest winery in Peru, who have developed high-end skills to provide the best grapes and therefore the finest Pisco.

Founded in Czech Republic, Green Fairy is made in Europe's oldest distillery and is a traditional Czech Absinthe. It's name is inspired from the mystical tales of a green fairy appearing when hallucinating from drinking absinthe.

Green fairy has an intriguing history that dates back to the Dark Ages. This absinthe has been carved out of an ancient culture which uses local woodland ingredients including wormwood, the sacred and magical herb.

La Maison Fontaine‘s range of ultra premium absinthe is distilled in the world's oldest absinthe stills in the region of Jura, France, and handcrafted amongst the beautiful Jura Mountains in Pontarlier France a place renowned for its traditional absinthe history.

The distillery produced absinthe in accordance with more than 100 years of traditions. In fact, it produced absinthe prior to the French absinthe ban which came in affect during 1915.

Made from Love, Obsession and Some Degree of Madness, this gin was founded in London in 1999 when Martin Miller and two friends decided to launch the first gin today known as “new wave”, super premium gin.  

Unique to Martin Miller’s, the earthier botanicals such as juniper are distilled separately from the lighter citrus elements before being shipped 1500 miles to Iceland where it is blended with the purest water in the world.

Created in 1894 in a small town of the Lucania region in Italy called Pisticci, Pasquale Vena created a special recipe in the backroom of his famous cookie bakery. That recipe, which is still a well-kept secret today, was the beginning of Amaro Lucano.

Lucano then expanded its portfolio to include Sambuca, Limoncello and a Caffe liqueur. Still family owned and operated to this very day Lucano has become an iconic brand in Italy, as well as all across Europe. 

 

Founded In 1908 by the Varela Hermanos distillery in Panamá, Ron Abuelo is the result of 105 years of dedication in rum making.

In 1908, Don José Varela Blanco, a young spanish immigrant established the first sugar mill plantation in Panamà. Under the careful eye of the third generation Luis J. Varela Jr., the entire production is held to "commitment of exceptional quality" to provide a superior tasting rum.

Casa Noble can trace its roots back to 1776 with 7 generations of making tequila with true passion.

Casa Noble's home is a boutique distillery near the city of Tequila with 650 hectares of land located in a special microclimate in the hills of Jalisco. Made 100% from agave, each production step is particularly perfected to ensure the highest quality. All aged tequilas are rested in new French white oak barrels.
