Martin Miller's Gin

Distilled in a single pot named “Angela”, only the “heart” of the spirit is used for the traditionally macerated of botanicals and aromatics. Made to a orignal London Dry style in flavour profile and dryness, this gin uses a mix of ultra traditional distilling methods allied to Martin's own iconoclastic 'take' on gin distilling.

With a 40% ABV (80 Proof), you get a lovely strong citrus nose and taste, with the juniper notes emerging half way through, then comes a lovely clean, soft finish.

Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength

The Westbourne strength variant was developed in 2002 in response to requests from barmen requesting a higher proof version of the gin.

The Westbourne strength is bottled at 45.2% ABV (90 Proof) and this means the juniper will dominate this time, with a richer, spicier mouthfeel, though it then ends with the same soft and gentle finish. ABV: 45,2% Vol.
