Giffard’s flagship product, Menthe-Pastille is a pure, clear, and refined
white mint liqueur created from the Mitcham peppermint. It was created
by Emile Giffard, a pharmacist at the time of the summer heat in 1885 to
refresh customers of a prestigious hotel in Anger.

The Amaretto liqueur is made from the maceration of almonds and other seeds from fruits (such as apricot or cherry stones..). This liqueur has a golden brown color with a touch of vanilla, almond and apricot aroma. In mouth, the liqueur proves to be powerful with delicate flavours of almond at first, followed by roasted and caramel notes towards the end.

This amber coloured liqueur is made from the slow maceration of bananas, giving it this intense flavour as well as a powerful and mellow taste of ripe banana. The original taste of ripe fruit under a tropical sun evokes the memories of a far off climate.

This Blue Curaçao liqueur is made from the distillation of bitter and sweet oranges. Its name comes from a Carribean island and its colour (deep blue) evokes that of the blue seas it has crossed. This liqueur reveals itself fresh and mellow with a blood orange flavour; a very nice bouquet reminding of sweet and bitter oranges and a sweet taste dominated by citrus fruit notes.

The Cacao (Brown) liqueur is made from the distillation of cocoa beans. The cocoa beans soak into alcohol before being distilled. This liqueur deliver Intense aroma of roasted cocoa beans, an slight note of chocolate and vanilla, with a chocolate palate.

This Liqueur possesses intense aromas of roasted cocoa beans with a slight note of coffee, vanilla and caramel. To the palate it is sweet at first, then strong aromas of black chocolate and coffee, buttered at the end.

This traditional liqueur is made with the slow maceration of two varieties of cherries (a sweet and a bitter). It is obtained from carefully selected cherries from the best orchards, which are soaked into alcohol, bringing a particularly nice, fresh and fruity taste.

The Coffee liqueur is made from the distillation of roasted coffee beans. Extracted from the best coffee beans, this liqueur is both soft and powerful. It is particularly recommended poured over sorbets or chocolate/coffee ice cream.

The Hazelnut Liqueur liqueur is made from the maceration of roasted hazelnut. It delivers hints of fresh hazelnuts and almonds, to the palate it is sweet and smooth. With strong aromatic body, it presents vegetal and woody notes towards the end.

This Parfait Triple Sec Liqueur is made from the distillation of bitter and sweet oranges. 
The palate shows first a fine taste with notes of citrus fruits, then comes out very fresh flavors with aromatic aromas. Overall it presents a very nice bouquet with slight touches of orange blossom.

This Watermelon liqueur is made form a Spanish melon infusion. On the nose, it is slightly candy like. With a profile blending of watermelons, water fruits and melons, this liqueur delivers a long finish with watermelon notes and a slightly acidulous taste on the palate.

On the nose, it presents slightly pungent notes and is generally very intense with a natural fruit flavour. On the palate, the taste is acidulous.

It presents deep purple colour and on the nose has strong aromas of fresh fruit purees and of marmelade. To the palate it has a nice and fruity taste evoking the flavor of freshly picked blackberries. Overall this liqueur has slightly bitter notes as a result of the fruit's pips.

This syrup presents a sweetening power twice more important than sugar cane (therefore generally used in smaller quantities) and a very low Glycemic Index. On the nose it has sweet aromatic and very slight honey notes and presents a beautiful honey colour.  Despite being slightly thick, this syrup will perfectly dissolve in hot and cold drinks.
