Ingredients:

• 50 ml Amaro Lucano
• 40ml Finest Call Sweet & Sour
• 1 fresh egg white
• 3 dashes THe Bitter Truth Old time Aromatic

Preparation:

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a shaker full of ice and shake for 1 minute. Serve strained into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with 3 dashes of Bitters.

• 45 ml Amaro Lucano
• 100 ml red wine
• 25 ml tonic water
• 15 ml sugar syrup

Preparation:

Mix the drink directly in the glass and serve with a slice of lemon and orange, a sprig of mint, fruits of the forest and ice.
