Our bitters are made the traditional way using only the best quality natural ingredients. The Bitter Truth bitters have received multiple awards and will continue to innovate the bar world.

Giffard offers 120 years of experience in producing high-quality liqueurs and was founded in 1885 when Emile Giffard, a pharmacist at that time, invented the emblematic Menthe-Pastille.  

As a 100% family-owned company based in France, their production process mixes traditional methods (slow fruit and plant maceration) with the latest techniques, in order to enhance the true taste of the liqueurs.

 

Pisco is a spirit made from grape juice created during the 16th Century and like good wines, the higher the quality of grapes the better the end product. Demonio de los Andes Pisco is made by the TACAMA winery, the oldest winery in Peru, who have developed high-end skills to provide the best grapes and therefore the finest Pisco.

La Maison Fontaine‘s range of ultra premium absinthe is distilled in the world's oldest absinthe stills in the region of Jura, France, and handcrafted amongst the beautiful Jura Mountains in Pontarlier France a place renowned for its traditional absinthe history.

The distillery produced absinthe in accordance with more than 100 years of traditions. In fact, it produced absinthe prior to the French absinthe ban which came in affect during 1915.

Created in 1894 in a small town of the Lucania region in Italy called Pisticci, Pasquale Vena created a special recipe in the backroom of his famous cookie bakery. That recipe, which is still a well-kept secret today, was the beginning of Amaro Lucano.

Lucano then expanded its portfolio to include Sambuca, Limoncello and a Caffe liqueur. Still family owned and operated to this very day Lucano has become an iconic brand in Italy, as well as all across Europe. 

 

Founded In 1908 by the Varela Hermanos distillery in Panamá, Ron Abuelo is the result of 105 years of dedication in rum making.

In 1908, Don José Varela Blanco, a young spanish immigrant established the first sugar mill plantation in Panamà. Under the careful eye of the third generation Luis J. Varela Jr., the entire production is held to "commitment of exceptional quality" to provide a superior tasting rum.
